On the clearance of fuel tankers

1. From 1 October 2026 a road or rail tanker carrying fuel is cleared at the customs posts and at the Talas Customs Clearance Terminal only on presentation of its entry in the register of tankers kept by the Republican Gendarmerie.

2. The inspector checks that the registration number of the tanker and its capacity correspond to the register entry and records the number of the entry in the declaration.

3. A tanker that cannot show an entry, or whose entry does not correspond, is not cleared and is directed back; the Gendarmerie post at the crossing is informed.

4. The Frontier Posts Directorate shall publish a notice of this order and report weekly to the deputy director on the number of tankers not cleared.
