Work of the customs posts under the quarantine regime

In accordance with the decisions of the commission on the quarantine regime headed by the Lieutenant Governor, from 23 March passenger traffic through the crossings is restricted. Freight, fuel and goods for hospitals and pharmacies continue to be cleared.

Officers at the posts work in masks and gloves. Drivers hand their documents through the window and remain in the cab. At the Terminal declarations are accepted in electronic form only; the paper window is closed until further notice.

Medicines remain in the 0% band. Questions may be put to the duty officer at any hour.
